Once you have registered and logged in, you can start to add items to your shopping basket and place orders easily via the website. We will contact you if we have any queries.
When you check out, you will be asked to fill in your contact and payment details. At this point, you will be able to add any further instructions or requests to the `Notes` box which we will read before processing your order.
Pre-payment is required.
Although you fill in your payment details, your card will only be debited when we are ready to despatch your order.
Our website is safe and uses 256 bit encryption to protect your data as it is transferred over the internet. Look for the padlock and
`https://` in the website address line when you are entering your details. Your card details are not stored.
We will take your payment details and your card will be debited when your order is ready to send.
You have 10 days to return any lines you do not wish to keep.
We request you contact us by email, in writing or by phone before returning more than 5 items.
Please note that if you return any stock for credit, we request it should be in its original packaging, if this is not the case we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee based on the amount of time it takes us to re-bag and re-label the returned items
If all goods are returned we also reserve the right not to refund the original postage charge and to recoup 2% if payment
was made by credit or debit card.
